No peppers growing on my hawaiian chili pepper plants?

planted my hawaiian chili pepper plants about 2 yrs ago, about 20 plants from seeds and the plants have grown ,but no chilis,i have them sitting in my patio area,should i plant them next spring outside?do they need to polinate or something?

need sunshine and yes the beas need to pollinate it when it blooms.

Hi, seems Texas has figured this one out. Some sunshine and let the Birds and Bees do their buisness, and voila!
