How do I grow plants using paper towels?

After several days, do I open the bag and water the seeds? (bean plants) or do I just let it the way it is?

How do I grow plants using paper towels?
If you put a plastic bag with a dampened paper towel and seeds in it on top of the refrigerator, your seeds will germinate faster, you should not need to add any more water to the paper towel, as soon as the seeds break and you see a tiny root get it into soil.
Reply:If you wet the towels, you shouldn't have to do anything untill they sprout.
Reply:The trick is to make sure the paper towel is wet .This will be like your heart is to your body . All plants need to be wet in order for them to develop well let me say the root needs to be moisturized in order to grow and yes if put in a plastic bag or on top of a re fridge the heat will make it develop faster

like a green house effect humidity is good .When you see roots that are big enough you can place them in a pot of soil of at least 4 inches a big pot is not necessary until roots are a little bit bigger
