Should I repot my aloe plants? should I repot them all separately and how would i go about doing it?

My aloe plant's roots are exposed, and most of the roots are just setting on top of the soil. There seem to be several different plants in the one very large pot.

oh my yes... split them up I had a large one in my yard thought it had babies all around....when I was done there were 48 plants... you can re pot the separate or you can put 2 or 3 together for drama... I have 3 large ones in a pot that keep blooming over and over ...they are very happy together... all I did was just move them and put just enough dirt to cover the roots..
