What kind of plants do you suggest for a Feng Shui feeling?

I'd like to cozy up my room, and i'm looking for some plants that help set the relaxed mood. Thanks!

Trees should not be super tall, especially close to the house itself. If they dwarf the home, they block light and hinder the flow of ch’i. The further from the house, the higher they can go.

Reply:There is not such thing as Feng Shui plants. This means you can use any plants that you like. As long as the plants are healthy and thriving in your environment, then it is considered a good plant to have. However, be careful if plants keep dying around you. This might mean the chi, or energy, around you is not conducive to a living being. Plants are more sensative to environmental changes then we as humans are, so it is always good to check the health of plants around you to indicate the level of good or bad energy.

One plant that you might want to avoid are cactus. This is because their sharp and thorny needles aren't good producers of energy. Other than that, go to your local nursery and pick out something you like and enjoy.

Good luck.
