How can I keep my plants watered on vacation?

I recently planted some blueberry/raspberry bushes, and we're going on a 2 week-long vacation soon. I'm concerned with the plants dying (it'll be very hot and dry when we're gone) from lack of water. Since the sprinklers don't reach to where the bushes are, is there anything I can do to set up some sort of automatic watering system?

You can buy timers for your outside faucets, and just stretch a hose out to them. It's important that they don't get compeletly dried out and stressed so early in their young berry lives! It shouldn't cost too much for some hoses to stretch out there, maybe some of those soaker hoses or sprinkling hoses would be good.
