How many leaves do strawberry plants have when they first sprout?

I planted strawberry seeds and it's ten days later and little sprouts are comming up. The only problem is that they have two leaves and most *fully grown* plants have 3 leaves.

All dicots have two leaves when they sprout. These are not the true leaves. They are the cotyledons which come from within the seed embryo that has the two cotyledons. As growth progresses the true leaves appear and the cotyledons wither away never to be seen again on the plant. Go here for a more in depth explanation.
