I am after plants for a garden that are non poisonous?

We are setting up a garden area in a dementia specific area of an aged care home. I need to know if there are plants that are ok if someone eats them; picks them.

mints, roses, pansies, violets, nasturtiums, dill, lovage, celery, capers, Cleome, chamomile should all be ok, just off the top of my head. Some of the leaf lettuces and flowering cabbage or kale is quite beautiful. Kind of depends on where you are in the world as to what you're going to be able to grow.

When you get your list made, I'd bet the local poison control center would be glad to go over it with you. If not, drop me a note.
Reply:Pansies, Most Geraniums,Roses, Bachelor Buttons. Look up edible flowers on google..Fascias.
Reply:Try herb planting. Will help them if they eat.
