What is the best way to grow plants in the basement?

So I have this um...garden, in my basement. But it's dying. I have some sun lamps up and stuff but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. These..plants, are really worth a lot of money I don't want them to die. Can you help me? If I kill these plants by accident it's possible that it could get me hurt bad. I mean, that it will hurt me emotionally.

make sure you get the lamps and light on them asap if they're in the growth stage, of course, you need adequate ventilation (air/fan), and co2 can't hurt and, i'd get a barometer and make sure the temperature is always right, check the humidity, make sure thats right, get a digital ph tester, make sure thats right

Reply:Get more sun lamps, but be careful if you get too much light down there it might start a fire- at that point you will cease to care- but then when you come too you will need more to get over the pain inflicted when you realize you just burned it all. You may have to go into hiding.
Reply:what youll wanna do is make sure ur giving the enough light but not too much some can get sun burn, then make sure it has enough root space and fresh clean air, check the ph of the soil and dont give it dirty tap water then check the deffficenies of the "plants" make sure it gets all the elements it needs or u could lose those "important" plants
Reply:Look into Hydroponics on the internet, and there's likely a shop nearby that might give you the info you need, or any additional equipment necessary to grow and sustain your 'medical' needs.
